Pork Adobo
Ingredients/Recipe
1.5kg – Pork Belly
4 – 6 Garlic Cloves (Large Size or 1/2 Head)
1 – Yellow or Red Onion (Medium Size)
1 – Sweet Onion (Large Size)
1 tsp. – Ground Pepper
4 – Bay Leaves
12 – Whole Peppercorns
1 – Chicken Cube
3 tbsp. – Brown Sugar
1 can – Sprite or 7-Up
1/2 cup – Soya Sauce
1/3 cup – White Vinegar
2 tbsp. – Fish Sauce
2 pieces – Star Anise (optional)
1 pkg. – Dried Banana Blossoms (optional)
1 bunch (6-8) – Spring/Green Onion
3 cups – Water or Chicken Broth
Steamed Rice

6 cups – Jasmine Rice
7 cups – Water
